Please help my wife and I to handle the financial burden of losing my momma.
My name is Andrew. My wife and I served 4 years in the Marines together. We got out and moved back home to be closer to family. It’s been a rough few years as we cherish all the holidays we can spend with our loved ones and our appreciation of brotherhood and family gained from the military. A couple years ago, I lost my sister to brain cancer, and it was a long and sorrowful journey with an abrupt end. Then a year later, I lost my gramma to stomach cancer with a sudden diagnosis and fast decline. And just this weekend I lost my momma. She passed from complications from surgery after a sudden discovery of colon cancer. Words cannot describe the tragedy and loss my family has incurred. The financial burden weighs heavily on our remaining family. We weren’t prepared or expecting the matriarch of our family to leave so quickly, during this time of year. Because of Covid, we couldn’t even say goodbye or have a last hug. There is a huge void of the loss of my momma and there is no love like a mother’s love. Anything helps through the this tough time and is greatly appreciated. God Bless.
